Furnished private room for rent, adjacent bathroom. The room has its own patio and walk-in closet. Located on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. It's a prime location at a Resort style-living at The Village Irvine Spectrum. Ideal for someone who leads a quiet, healthy, drug-free, smoke-free lifestyle. I'm very quiet, responsible male, have my own business. I do not drink nor smoke and keep the place clean. Seeking the same for a roommate.
