The rent is typically between 450 and 500 without other charges for electricity, internet, and renter's insurance. Usually half of rent will be around 650 plus or minus some depending on how much water and electricity we use that month. I own a washer and dryer and furniture You will be getting the so called master bedroom and it has its own bathroom and a patio connected to it, which means I will request you pay 10-15 dollars more of rent for having the bigger room.
