Two bedroom apartment, one bath, full kitchen. Due to be repainted in July. One nice sized bedroom available- large double door closet, two windows, and new laundry unit available. Kitchen, bathroom already fully stocked. All you would need is a couch and side tables (and own bedroom furniture).Just a block from Pitt campus and utilities average is $100 per person. Total rent is $520, your half is $260. Looking for a quiet non-party kind of person like me. Non-smoker, casual drinker is fine.
