Hello, I live in Rocklin Manor across the street from Sierra College. The living room is available in my two bedroom one bath apartment, it is closed off and also includes a balcony. The apartment is quiet especially during the school year. Need a roommate who is clean and respectful. The room is open as of June 1st. If you have any questions or want to take a look around please email.
