I am a student at UT Tyler and my best friend and I are looking for a roommate. We are both super clean and quiet and none of us smoke. We also have long term boyfriends who may visit every once in a while but we are very respectful when it comes to noise level. We plan to move in the Oxford pine Apartments in a three bedroom and rent would be at a max of 320
