I'm a female engineer and I work on base. I am looking for a room that is around $400 a month. I am open to rent prices that are slightly lower or higher than this price as well. I am clean, I don't have any pets and I stay to myself. A plus would be a private bathroom if one is available. I work on base and would prefer a female roommate.
