1040 Sqft Cat Friendly I am a single woman who is seeking a female roomate to rent a bedroom. My new roomate should be a professional and/or student who is clean, a non-smoker and who can commit to a minimum of 3 months. I own a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome near the Pembroke/Town Center area. You would have private parking, a full guest bathroom and a private room with a large closet. Your portion of rent would be $750, which would cover all utilities. You will have access to everything.
