Summary
I've found a place I'm set on. I do not own or currently live there. It's amazing. DM me! $400/mo (includes utilities, cable, wi-fi) [each person], with brand new appliances, comes with TV. I also am purchasing furniture and furnishings. Lease is 6mo, and the staff there said they can help customize lease after that to fit the Ridgewater College school year. Set to move in ASAP. ABOUT ME: 19, male, loves music, and easy to get along with. Nice guy, not a pushover. Drinks/friends r ok. No parties
