DM on insta @andtorr for more info. Private room and bathroom with all utilities included in rent. Located in west Greeley and right off the highway on 71st ave. I own the house and have one male roommate who works a lot and rents out the basement. I have a puppy that I crate during the day while at work. I work 8-5 and in bed early on most weeknights and would like someone with similar lifestyle.
