Hello. 3 bedroom 2 bath rental available. You would get your own bathroom and own side of the house. You can use one room for bedroom and another for storage if you like. I have 2 cats that are fine and will cause no issue. The house is all tile except the bedrooms. It is 1800 SF and has a 2 car garage. I park in garage but you can have the driveway if you like or park on side of house.
