Private room for rent in Summerville. Semi-private bath, only shared with any guests. Two cats live here already, and two dogs who mostly live outside. Full access to the common areas of the house, as well as kitchen and laundry facilities. I'm a single woman in my late 20s. I'm very laid back but I do get up early so another early bird would be ideal! $500 a month rent, plus half of the utilities. Contact me for details!
