We're looking for a new roommate to move-in in starting December 10th (before the next term at Oregon Tech begins). The house is less than a 5-minute drive to OIT and about a 10-minute walk. Rent is about $270, not including utilities (average about $30 in winter). Fred Meyer and other grocery stores are about 10-15minutes away. Please message me and I can send pictures and more information.
