I'm a great tenant. I'm quiet, respectful, and I can cook! I'm a 58-year-old writer, chef, entrepreneur. Recently finished writing my first novel, haven't taken much time to market it yet, but it's a new year, right?! My desire is to live with a conscious person/people who preferably eat most everything, enjoy good conversation, a glass of wine every now and again. I like a friendly home environment that respects its inhabitants. Love to hang out as well as spend time on my own.
