King & College Apartments through HMR. 2nd floor corner unit, yours is a slightly smaller room & parking spot a couple blocks away, so I'm discounting rent to $540/month (savings $420/year). I have a cat (ESA) who will be living in the apartment. Dishwasher & W/D in unit, utilities not included, usually come out to $80/month each on average. 21 y/o Psych major, clean & quiet. Not a partier but don't mind guests. Not home very often w/ full time job & school. Apt. floorplan online @ HMR's website
