Roommate will have the entire 2nd floor which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a bonus area, and their own porch. The only shared spaces would be the garage and kitchen. Pet friendly and open to discuss kids (great school district and neighborhood for a kid). Trussville Springs is located on the Cahaba River walk, close to downtown Trussville where the entertainment district development has already broken ground, plus there's a neighborhood playground and pool.
