I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt in Farmington, ct. it is $2,525/month (estimated utilities included) split between 2 people, about $1,262 each. The apt has its own washer and dryer, dish washer, a balcony, high ceilings (3rd floor). There is apartment complex parking, it is well lit and all buildings are locked with security cameras. The complex includes a pool, gym, and is next to a golf course. It’s a beautiful place and worth the money.
