Poorgirl, 78

I am an active 70 female who works out, likes hiking, sports, reading, music, dancing, and enjoys meeting people. I have no pets, work part-time, clean, and pretty quiet. I am looking for a room with a private bath that has sunlight. I would help with cleaning and I could help with cooking, but I try and eat healthy. Would like accessibility to main areas and laundry. Prefer a house without small children and utilities included in rent.
