Got a great deal on a nice 2br/2ba apartment in a new community. Rooms and closets are a good size. Kitchen has new w/d, dishwasher, microwave and pantry. Updated amenities and additional features: gym, free coffee, recycling, heated pool, etc. Central location off Sawmill, near stores and restaurants. Rent is $900/month. Will consider other places. I am easy to get along with, reliable, considerate and clean. Friendly yet respectful of privacy and space. Seeking similar, female roommate only.
