About the room

I am a single Christian dad. My daughter is off to college and I have a big two story home alone. I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms upstairs. There is also a full private bathroom upstairs and a gym. The house is fully furnished except for the rental bedroom. The backyard is fence in and includes a swimming pool.
