My name is Daniel and I have a spare room available in my apartment that is not being used. I will charge the roommate 420 a month and half of the electric bill once I get billed. My apartment requires a criminal background check of 15 dollars if you choose to live here. Additionally I don’t want any pets in here so if you have pets I’m not your guy. I like it very quiet during the week so I would like it very silent after 9 pm. No WiFi as well. I would like a male roommate between age 20-30
