Hi, my name is Jose Welsh I’m a very tidy and clean individual, I’m very open minded and I’m looking for somewhere to call home it’s not temporary, I have a steady job. Do to unforeseen circumstances my current roommate is moving out and I’m looking to either move out or find a roommate rent in my apartment is $300 monthly, with a $200 deposit, + utilities shouldn’t come up to more than $50.
