Hi, my name is Justin Wolcott. I'm looking for a room somewhere in Davis. My current lease ends on 7/31, so if I could move in a little before 8/1 I'd be stoked! I don't care if the bathroom is shared so long as the room is mine alone. I don't have any pets. I also really don't care if you have pets, smoke, or anything. If you guys party, I'll keep up. If you rather just relax and focus on studies, I won't get in your hair. My budget is set to $900. Lower is better but it's negotiable.
