A brand new neighborhood and house has been built! This house is 2 stories. A sitting room, living room, half bath, laundry room, and kitchen down stairs. Up stirs is a second living space, my room, full bath in the hallway, and 2 bedrooms. There is garage parking for who wants to pay extra. The room has a nice size closet, there is a bedroom that is 10x11 or 10x15, and full bath to share for these two rooms.
