I have a furnished room for rent in my energy-efficient house in Bath’s historic district for $475 plus utilities. House is 3BR/2 full baths, has washer and dryer. Quiet street walking distance to downtown restaurants, galleries, shops and waterfront park. Fenced yard with garden. Room has a small built-in bureau with space for another and a large closet. You’d be sharing the house with my friendly 30-year-old daughter who works full time and her gentle dog.
