My name is Todd Lewis and I am the home owner at 5215 Roche Dr., Columbus, OH, 43229. I have a three bedroom house in which my tenant/roommate would have full access. The utilities and cable will remain in my name. Fully furnished house with a washer and drier in the basement. Quite neighborhood, I have lived there for 2 years with no incidents or issues. I will also take care of the yard work. Great opportunity for someone without furniture and just starting out. Hope to hear from you.
