Want to study or entertain guest? There’s a separate living room/dining room. Has 2 1/2 baths and a courtyard. Prime location: Bellevue and G street. 3.5 miles from campus and 4 min walk to CatTracks It is a non smoking, non alcohol house. Utilities are split between tenants.
