I am a 47yr old quiet professional male, work at Wireone, i'm gone m-f 7-5ish. I have a 4000sq ft house looking to rent out a bedroom or two for supplemental income. 4bed, 4bath, plenty of privacy. Common main floor. complete use of kitchen. asking $600/mo includes all utilities, internet, laundry. one garage stall available. GF potentially moving in with me after the first of the year but will not affect rental if we are in good standing. really nice neighborhood, about mile north of I235
