I'm John and I have a room with hardwood floors and ceiling fan in a home in a quiet neighborhood away from the busy city. I'm clean, quiet, but I do smoke and drink very little. I rarely have comes that come over or spends the night and respect others privacy. If you wouldn't mine sharing the house with am older man, I would like to have a female roommate that is some what clean, who would clean up after them self and who wouldn't mind with some of the house work,
