M3Marquez, 35

Hi! Looking for a female (preferably non-smoking) roommate for spare bedroom and bathroom. Washer and dryer in-unit. Rent includes water, gas, WiFi, & cable. Apt is in the Coliseum area just 2 minutes from Peninsula Town Center and the complex includes a pool and 24/7 gym. I’m a tidy, very friendly and quite nerdy girl who loves reading, experimenting in the kitchen, and watching movies. I’m looking for someone friendly, who can keep their end of the apt clean, and up for the occasional chat.
