The room is a moderate size room (est. 10x10 or close to) with a double sliding door closet. The room is only sparsely furnished, and nothing in the room is something I'm too attached to let go of if you have your own things to move in with. The guest bath is across the hall from the room. My room will be across the hall and I have my own private bath and won't be using the guest bath. Common room has a large 50" Tv with soundbar, Utility room has stacked washer drier.
