Summary
I am a Health and PhyEd teacher at Marshall Middle School. I also coach Varsity Football and Varsity Girls Basketball at the High School. I just bought a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath older home in Marshall that has been fully updated. The house was built in 1931 and has a lot of character with modern updates. I have a bedroom available to rent with full access to the house. There is a washer/dryer, hot tub and nice back yard. The rent would be $350.00 plus a portion of utilities.

Beautiful little house but is still quite roomy, large windows that let in natural light. Bathroom and rooms are large with double sink and separate tub and shower.
