I bought this house last year and am looking for a clean, respectful and considerate roommate! It has brand new appliances, a large laundry room, fresh paint, plantation shutters on every window, it is fully furnished (bedding/decor not included), has a fenced in backyard with large storage shed and fire pit, and a driveway big enough for 4 vehicles. It is in the heart of Florence in a safe and quiet family neighborhood 4 minutes from downtown. It has an alarm and video monitoring protection.
