I have a room for lease here at Avenue East! It’s a 3 bed 3 bathroom apartment. You have a community pool, community area to play pool and also a community gym, free WiFi, you get your own bathroom. Rent is 355 a month plus the light bill, so it can be as cheap as 370. The most I’ve ever paid in my time here is 390!
