Summary
Great spot just outside of Nevada City. Big view. Organic garden ready to work if you're interested. This will be short term, probably up to 3 months with the possibility of you taking over the lease if things work out. There are a couple of choices of bedrooms or I might be willing to give up the master bedroom for a higher rent.
