Summary
I live in a walkable friendly neighborhood. My home looks like a beautiful little cottage at the end of the street. I have an extra bedroom with separate bathroom for rent. I’m pretty laid back. I don’t allow smoking in the house. I’d rather you not have over night guess in the beginning of our contract. I have WiFi and basic cable. I also subscribe to Amazon Prime and Netflix.
