Summary
Rent is $690/month + last month $690 rent + $210 security deposit returned at end. Partly furnished with futon bed, table, chair, rug, possibly bookshelf. 3 windows, very non-depressing! In house washer/ dryer! 6 minute walk from downtown Warrenton! You pay 1/2 bills-- electric, water, internet. I'm self employed, mostly a writer. I keep a-typical hours. I'm rather neat. I simply require same respect-- reasonable noise level, cleanliness.
