Quiet and centrally located sunlit apartment in Georgetown. It is walkable to Dupont Circle, Foggy Bottom and all of Georgetown. The place is 1000 sq. feet, two bedroom, two bath, large kitchen. I can sort some furniture (bed, desk, sideboard. I am looking for career-oriented, quiet, responsible, neat and I am looking to share the apartment and utilities. I am a gay man with a husband and an elementary school age son. They live abroad but visit from time to time. I travel a lot.
