About the room

Hello, my name is Gary. I am looking for a laid back friendly person (guy/girl) for a roommate. I am pretty laid back myself and easy to get along with. The Lancaster Midtown is my preference. Nice location, newly built, VERY nice amenities including a nice swimming pool. 2BDR 2Bath. This will be a shared or co-signed lease. I am a clean person & neat freak about common areas. How you keep your private bedroom & private Bathroom is up to you. I work 3rd shift from 9pm - 6am. I also fix hot tubs
