Looking for a roommate to share my house in a furnished room with a private bathroom. I'm located near the west end of downtown, an easy walk to Safeway, half a mile to SJRMC. $500, month-to-month. Deposit $500. All utilities included, plus wifi. One off-street parking space available. Washer/dryer in house. Proof of employment or other source of income will be needed. No pets or smoking or illegal drug use please. Available now. Text or call or email. I'm a nurse. I like it quiet.
