I'm renting a big furnished room, lots of closet space, inside a townhouse. Rooms are upstairs and living quarters are downstairs. Theres all the amenities you'll need and more, fastest fiber optic internet available, washer/dryer, pool, access to entire house. My home is kid friendly, so kids are welcomed as I have split custody of two young kids. I'm a professional who is laid back, work, kids and gym take up most my time. I'm looking for a drama free roommate, who is responsible.
