We're looking for a third roommate to help split apartment costs. We live in a three bedroom loft-style at Lakeview Park Apartments - rent is about $400 per person per month, internet and utilities included except for electric, on a 13 month lease. The apartment has coin-op laundry facilities, a free 24-hour fitness center, and pool access during the summer. We're also located a short drive from UNL, downtown, and the haymarket.
