I have a private room for rental. In addition, you will receive your own bathroom with your room, and you will only share the bathroom unless I have a visitor staying in the 3 bedroom. You will be able to share common spaces with us such as the living room, dinning room, and kitchen. It is conveniently located on the west end of PCB, and it is 2 minutes away from Pier Park. I am seeking a respectful, mature roommate, preferably a non-smoker. No pets. I am asking $900.00 a month, with one month’s deposit. Deposit can be paid in half if necessary.... Electricity, water, internet, and trash removal is included in the rent. Cable can be added at your own expense. About me: I am a quiet, reserved, and thoughtful individual. I tend to meditate a lot and I love my peace and quiet
