I am a 24-year-old female with a room available in a house in the Pacific Terrace neighborhood. Clean and cozy! Rent is $500 per month + split utilities (usually $50-70 each). I work full-time at Sky Lakes and have a well-behaved Great Pyrenees. I’m a pretty good mix of outdoorsy and indoorsy - I love hiking and exploring, but also enjoy binge watching nexflix and movie marathons. I am ideally looking for a young professional or student housemate, preferable female.
