I am a mature man, GWM, professional, non-smoker, and somewhat of a home body. I'm also chill and very open-minded. Strictly responsible, helpful, open-minded, have always paid the rent right on time. I have excellent past landlord and employment references. My credit score is high. My background record is 100% clean. Full time employed at a digital marketing firm. Looking in the $700 a month range. I much prefer either a gay or bi male.
