About the room
Not officially in the unit yet, but it is a 4bd/2bt unit. $1500 a month, landlord is willing to discount based on # of people. Close to Uni, blocks from downtown. Available August 10th. ([contact info removed]) Currently in talks with the landlord for more information! *I do have a friend that lives there now, so I have seen the space* Little about me: Quiet, clean, love cooking/baking, movies and music are a big deal to me, I have a small cat, more of a night owl, always willing to compromise.
