Private furnished bedroom, loft and bathroom. Shared kitchen, living room and backyard sitting area. Rent includes all utilities and internet. I have the occasional family guest stay over that would use the bathroom but I have another room for them to stay in. I have 2 sweet dogs that would mostly be separated from your area. Not into parties anymore but like to have a few friends over. I work Mon-Fri up really early and in bed early. No smoking inside vape ok. Background & proof of income.
