Looking for a roommate to share my spacious Bayview townhouse. Includes a garage parking space, private washer and dryer, and central heat/ac. I'm a server at a nice local restaurant, just turned 30, and I stay in my room 90 percent of the time I'm home reading or playing games. I work dinner service, and fairly often, so you might only see me rarely.
