My wife and I own a charming home in Fort Myers in a safe neighborhood. We have a large extra bedroom, typical size of two bedrooms. The room is 24' by 12' and has a separate and private entrance if needed. Everything in the room from floor to ceiling is brand new. You will have access to a new washer and dryer and the kitchen is just steps away. Centrally located, great neighbors and no drama. Looking for someone quiet and clean. Utilities included. Rent can be negotiated for a good fit
