Hi! My name is Matt and I have one room in a 3BR apartment available for immediate move-in! Closet, ceiling fan, radiator, three sets of power outlets. We're clean, courteous, friendly roommates. 2 males in our late 20's. Great location, 5 minutes from Davis and Porter squares. Near bus lines & subway(red line), and walking distance to grocery stores. A parking pass is available for on street parking, and a laundromat 3 minute walk away. Utilities are usually ~$60-70 per person.
