Hello. I am looking for someone to assume my lease for a private bedroom in a 4br/2ba apartment at 700 Soho apartments on S. Howard St. The apartment is recently renovated, has a washer & dryer in the apartment, has an in-ground pool on site and ample parking. Utilities are not included, but usually run about $50/month. The lease is available immediately and runs through June. Please let me know if you're interested. Aiden [contact info removed]
